Tregedna Farm Camping, Cornwall

July 31, 2019

Tregedna Farm Campsite is just south of Falmouth on the Cornwall coast. The site is made up of a large field close to the farm house, surrounded by countryside and a short walk from Maenporth beach.

The pitches are spacious, especially the further you go from the toilets and showers, although you’ll never be further than a short walk away from them. The campsite has all the facilities needed, including a freezer and washing machines. There’s also a section with electric hookups and camper and caravans are welcome. On arrival pull up to the farm house to check in and the owner will give you all the information you’ll need for your stay.

There’s a walk from the Tregedna Farm to Maernporth beach avoiding any roads, perfect for an early morning swim if you fancy it. From the beach you can also join the coastal path towards Falmouth or head south down to Helford.

Things to do nearby include visiting the various beaches along the coast, the National Trust Kynance Cove is also a short drive away. The Ferry Boat Inn on the Helford Passage is also worth a mention for tasty pub meals or a drink with views of the river.
